Group can be summarized as the set of the following activities:
Risk analysis - to evaluate and to select the most suitable
and active system of fire protection;
Design - a preliminary design, for tender stage and
execution, using customized computer systems CAD, in order to develop
the designs for the analyzed fire protection systems;
Hydraulic calculations - executed with specific software
systems in accordance with the national and international standards;
Construction - executed in our workshop according
to the highest standards and using automatic approved equipments;
Installation - the installation and start-up of all
parts of the designed and constructed systems with technically specialized
staff;
Testing and maintenance - certification of the correct
installation and of periodical maintenance program in order to warrantee
the perfect efficacy and functionality of the installed systems.
These activities are possible thanks to the synergy
of different departments, which actively cooperate towards
the optimum manufacturing and installations processes, with target
to deliver the best quality finished plant:
The technical Department develops the projects, carries out
hydraulic calculations and it writes technical specifications and
bill of quantities;
The purchasing office in close collaboration with
the Technical Department, defines the most appropriate products and
suppliers and executes timely purchases;
The warehouse manages the incoming and out coming
materials to the construction and prefabrication workshop and to the
plant erection site;
The projects and production scheduling office for
the optimization of the final erected plant, in order to ensure the
feasibility of the project and maintain the correct time schedule;
The mechanical workshop executes the welding, grooving,
threading, painting, assembling and it carries out hydrostatic and
functional tests;
The electrical workshop for the assembly and wiring
of electrical panels, the test and commissioning of the equipments.
