    Chairman of the Board

    Professor Emeritus at the “L. Bocconi” university, where he has been Full Professor of “Planning and Control” for 30 years. At the university he has been Director of the Accounting Department and, with reference to the SDA – School of Business Management, General Manager and finally became President in 2006. Alongside an intense academic and scientific activity, he has carried out activities of consultancy in matters of election and held positions in the administrative bodies of listed and unlisted companies. Since 2016 he has been President of S.A. Eredi Gnutti Metalli S.p.A. Since March 2020 he has held the role of chairman of the Issuer’s Board of Directors.

    he graduated with honors in Industrial Chemistry at Università degli Studi of Milan. He subsequently attended specialization courses at “L. Bocconi” in Milan and INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France, on management and corporate finance. Since 1981 he has assumed managerial roles of increasing responsibility in industrial companies of international caliber in the chemical sector, holding positions of commercial director and managing director. Since 2010 he has been CEO of the Issuer and since 2014 he has been its majority shareholder.

    following a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Udine, he completed his training by attending master specialization courses at SDA Bocconi in Milan in Sales and Marketing Management. He has always worked in medium and large companies, mainly BtB, covering multiple managerial roles with responsibilities in the operational, commercial and strategic marketing fields. In over 25 years of activity it has developed a good balance between analytical skills, typical of project management, and creative skills, typical of business development, experimenting new approaches to solve complex problems and facing challenges that help organizations move towards a more sustainable and efficient trends.

    she graduated in modern languages at the University of Bucharest, Romania. She has subsequently been Human Resources manager for various companies. In 2009 she joined Sebino Romania, where she has been general manager since 2013.

    Chief Financial Officer, Investor Relations

    he graduated in Economics and Commerce at “L. Bocconi” in Milan. Until 2003, he held positions of increasing responsibility in finance and control functions of a leading international chemical group and he subsequently took the role of chief financial officer and managing director at Fininvest S.p.A. and NTS Network Systems S.p.A. (later Eutelia S.p.A) respectively. In addition to his commitment as Financial Director and Investor Relator at the Issuer, until January 2020 h was Chief Financial Officer at a historic Lombard metallurgical company. Over the years he has worked as an external consultant, gaining extensive knowledge on financial debt restructuring and corporate turnaround of industrial and service companies.

    he graduated “Giacomo Feltrinelli” in Milan with specialization in Thermotechnics. Registered at the Association of Industrial Experts and Graduated Industrial Experts of the Province of Milan and Lodi, he immediately started working in the HVAC and Fire Protection plant sector of leading companies, taking on positions of increasing responsibility. In 2009 he held the role of Technical Business Manager for Sebino Romania and since 2015 he has held the executive role of Operations Manager of the Issuer.

    with over 15 years of experience in the administrative and financial field, she has assumed positions of increasing responsibility in the administrative sector and in management control in multinational and employer contexts as Finance Administration & Controlling Manager in Capardoni E C. S.r.l. and subsequently Finance and Administration Manager in Sigmar Italia S.p.A. – Fareva Group. Over the years, she has carried out implementation activities of integrated information systems, implementing actions aimed at precise administrative-accounting management, aimed at meeting the organizations’ need to have new tools capable of supporting the decision-making process, where information and knowledge, no longer mere data, are a strategic resource, gaining extensive knowledge in the implementation of decision support systems (Decision Support System or DSS).

    he graduated at “E. Alessandrini” in Abbiategrasso (MI) with mechanical specialization, enrolled in the Assocition of Industrial Experts and Graduated Industrial Experts of Milan and Lodi since 1986, authorized by M.I. for fire prevention practices. He has always worked in the fire-fighting sector as a designer, tester / engineer / quality manager and partner of the family company Protector – Impianti Antincendio, transferred to Sebino Antincendio. Since 2014, he has been technical manager (Fire sector) and since 2019 he has also been responsible for the Issuer’s Service Area.

    Emiliano Brignoli

    B.U. Security Technical Manager

    he graduated electronic expert at “Jervolino” Technical Institute. After serving for Carabinieri, he began working with Surveillance Institutes in a company of the sector operating at national level. He completed his training in the Surveillance sector by managing systems and services for centralization and monitoring of security systems, in the role of Head of Operations Center as well as manager of personnel and security systems department of the group’s structures. In 2007 he entered the plant engineering sector and dealt with the design and construction of special systems for a Bergamo-based company. In 2009 he opened his own company designing, installing and maintaining special systems, completing his work project in 2014, initially opening a service company in the field of safety for the monitoring and centralization of systems and subsequently with new operational headquarters at the forefront of system centralization and remote control. In 2018 he joined Sebino Fire and Security with the function of Technical Manager of the Security sector.

    he graduated industrial expert in electrical engineering at the Civic Technical Industrial Institute “G. Galilei” in Genoa, where he qualified to private practice. He began his career as a designer and then as Project Manager in leading engineering companies in the Genoese area operating on land and naval sectors. In 2003 he took on the position of Commercial Manager of Aertermica Spa in Brescia and since 2013 he has held been Commercial Director of the “Fire” unit of Sebino.
