Sebino Group continues its growth path and expands its presence in Central Italy with the acquisition of AVE Antincendi, a long-established company based in Jesi (AN) and active for over fifty years in the fire protection sector.

The transaction was carried out through Sebino Service, the group company specialized in the maintenance and lifecycle management of fire protection systems, and represents a further step in Sebino’s strategy of territorial development and consolidation.
With the integration of AVE Antincendi, Sebino strengthens its presence in the Marche region, an area characterized by a dynamic industrial landscape and numerous manufacturing and infrastructure companies requiring advanced fire protection systems.
A company with deep roots in the region.
Founded more than fifty years ago, AVE Antincendi has become a local reference point for the design, installation and maintenance of fire protection systems, developing strong technical expertise and long-term relationships with the local business community.
The current owner and Managing Director, Alioscia Brugiati, will continue to lead the company, ensuring operational continuity and contributing to the commercial and technical development of activities in the Marche region and in the mid-to-lower Adriatic area.

Shared expertise and vision

“This acquisition marks an important milestone in the growth of Sebino Service,”, comments Walter Vignandel, CEO of Sebino Service.
“AVE Antincendi is a long-standing company with strong technical expertise and deep local roots. Joining the Sebino Group allows us to strengthen our presence in the Marche region and integrate complementary experience and professional skills with the aim of offering customers increasingly advanced services throughout the entire lifecycle of fire protection and integrated security systems”.
Alioscia Brugiati, owner of AVE Antincendi, also looks confidently at this new chapter:
“Joining the Sebino Group represents a natural evolution for us. Over the years we have built strong relationships with customers and partners in the area. Becoming part of a structured group like Sebino will allow us to further strengthen our expertise and offer even more comprehensive services”.

The transaction is fully aligned with the Group’s development strategy, aimed at strengthening its presence across Italy and consolidating specialized expertise in fire protection and integrated security for industrial infrastructures and complex production environments.
