The works, which are scheduled to start between October and November, should then be completed in the summer of next year.

Sebino has acquired the order, worth a few million euros, from Engineering 2K, active in the sector of construction of logistic sites. The building, which will have a multi-storey development, will occupy a total gross walkable area of ​​approximately 200 thousand square meters and will be protected by the installation of two fire-fighting tanks, a plant complete with four pumping units, internal and external hydrant protection systems. and sprinkler coverage on all floors.
